JD CROSSTOWN

JD Crosstown is a singer-songwriter and guitarist from Neyaashiinigmiing (Chippewas of Nawash Territory), Ontario. His music pulls from folk, country, blues, and rock, drawing from the sounds and stories he grew up with.

He picked up the guitar at an early age and has been at it ever since. Over the years, Crosstown has played across Canada and Europe, both solo and alongside other musicians, spending plenty of time on the road and in front of an audience.

Whether guitar-driven or stripped back, his songs are rooted in where he comes from, but they don’t stay there.

In May 2025, Crosstown released his debut album, Takin’ My Time, featuring 11 original tracks. The album is available on all major streaming platforms, as well as Bandcamp, where you can hear it in high fidelity and support the artist directly.
